Comic for Tuesday, October 21, 2003

The time for healing has occured: Sorry for the delay folks. Funny thing happened to me last week. My computer got fucked up. How fucked up, you ask? Well, first Windows refused to boot up. Reinstall Windows, bitch! Well, I tried. However, the computer didn't even load up DOS! The only logical thing to do now was to reformat the hard drive. Now don't worry, since all my comics and games are on the other drive. So after reformating and installing Windows, I get to enjoy redownloading all the upgrades! Also, I can't find my Illustrator CD. Damn the luck! In case you don't know, I use Adobe Illustrator to create the frames and balloons in the comic. I have no idea how to nor desire to try it in Photoshop. So you guys are going to have to wait while I reinstall all the crap I need. Note to self: back up all the install files on CD!! Do have any idea how big the latest version of Internet Explorer is?! It's fuckin 20 megs! That's a lot of thumb-twiddling on dial up!! I might try some comics that don't need dialogue. Oh, after I get all my shitindoodles in, don't expect production to return to normal. You see, I ordered a new computer....and yeah, when I get it, there will be some mad gaming going on. Hello Max Payne and Jedi Outcast on high res and high graphic settings! Yeah, my current computer is that slow. Those games currently run on 640 x 480 and on the lowest settings (I won't even say run, more like limp!). Bear with me, please. Oh, on another note, I saw my comic in my local paper! More on that next update!
