Comic for Thursday, October 2, 2003

Better Days: In case some of you don't know who I'm talking about, Jered Rush is one of my home boys at school (or classmate, if you's not ghetto!). What better way to wish my friend a happy birthday AND make a comic on time? I killed me two birds with one stone! On another note, an editor from the Port Orford newspaper wants me to draw some comics for the paper. The newspaper is under new management, and the editor wants comics and teen-related articles in it. This is a pretty big step for T.J. and Mark. I finally get paid for drawing shit! Actually, I'm not sure, since we didn't get into details. I hope I make some money. If not, then I'll probably give him the ones that I do for this site. Luckily, the newspaper is weekly, so it won't bog me down. The only problem I see is that the comic will have to be cleaned up. This could be hard when I can only think of raunchy jokes or need to vent. It would be possible to just change the wording for the characters. But what if swearing is necessary or the whole subject is offensive? Damn, I can't do codpieces! We'll just wait and see.....
